いつものあれ
どうしても時折食べたくなるものって、いろいろある。
そのひとつがキャベツを使ったお料理。
お料理ともいえないほど、簡単な代物だけど、
キャベツが出盛りになると、どうしても食べたくなる。
キャベツを千切りにして、上に魚の水煮缶を乗せ、
マヨネーズとしょうゆをかけていただく。
いたってシンプルなれど、癖になる味だ。
缶詰はできれば鮭が望ましい。
中骨のほろほろするのが、何とも言えず美味。
サバなどもなかなかよろしい。
これだけで、他におかずが何もなくても、
ご飯がすすむすすむ!
食欲の秋だなあ・・・
